| ITIC Apparel has been operating in the Dominican Republic for 5 years. After 35 years of operating clothing factories in the United States it became necessary to move off shore to help our customers be more competitive in the world market. We purchase an existing factory that had been operating for 17 years and recently closed. The Dominican Republic offers quality garments, reasonable prices and a short shipping time to American ports. ITIC resides in two 45,000 sq. ft. Building in the free trade zone in San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic. We have the capabilities of marking, cutting, sewing, pressing tagging hanging, boxing, sample making, warehousing, and drop shipping. We operate 7 production lines with capabilities in excess of 6,000 dozen per week. Our management team has over 200 years experience in the garment industry. We currently have 215 employees working and 250 experience operators waiting for your production. ITIC has capabilities and machinery to sew both knits and woven goods. We have a sample making department, screen printing department, as well as the ability to bias cut banding, felling seams and welt pockets. In the five years we have been operating in the Dominican Republic we have produced woven tops and bottoms, knit tops and bottoms, including but not limited to hospital garments, denim jeans, work, school and military uniforms, work shirts, athletic wear tops and bottoms and sleep wear. All of our management team speaks English. There is an American production person in the factory at all times, Our ability to speak and understand English helps keep the problems and confusion that arises in doing business off shore at a minimum.
